Brake Fluid

Product Applications

Brake fluid is the core working medium in hydraulic braking systems. With stable hydraulic transmission performance, excellent high- and low-temperature adaptability, and good rust-prevention and lubrication properties, it is suitable for various motor vehicles and industrial equipment and is a key consumable for the safe operation of braking systems.

Brake fluids with different formulations and grades vary significantly in performance and can be precisely matched to different equipment and operating conditions. They are widely used in consumer, commercial, and engineering applications.

Brake fluid provides excellent pressure transmission with almost no compressibility. When the brake pedal is pressed, hydraulic force can be transmitted quickly and evenly to achieve precise braking. Good low-temperature fluidity helps prevent pipeline freezing and brake response issues in winter, while a high boiling point helps prevent vapor lock and brake failure caused by high temperatures or continuous braking.

At the same time, brake fluid provides rust prevention, corrosion protection, and lubrication for metal components such as master cylinders, wheel cylinders, pistons, and brake lines. It also helps slow the aging of seals and extend the service life of the braking system.

Brake fluid is suitable for disc and drum hydraulic braking systems in passenger cars, trucks, buses, new energy vehicles, and motorcycles. It is also compatible with hydraulic clutch transmission systems and vehicles equipped with ABS, ESP, and other anti-skid braking or stability systems. It can meet the requirements of various operating conditions, including urban commuting, mountain roads, highway driving, and heavy-load operation.

It is widely used in automotive manufacturing, vehicle maintenance, engineering machinery, agricultural machinery, and special-purpose vehicles. As an essential vehicle maintenance consumable, it can also be used for pressure transmission, lubrication, and component protection in small hydraulic transmission equipment.

DOT 3 Brake Fluid

DOT 3 is a standard basic-grade brake fluid with stable moisture absorption performance and good cost-effectiveness. It has a dry boiling point of ≥205°C and a wet boiling point of ≥140°C, with good low-temperature fluidity.

It is suitable for ordinary passenger cars, economy vehicles, light motorcycles, and conventional light commercial vehicles used for daily commuting. It meets normal braking requirements under standard road conditions and is a widely used basic brake fluid.

DOT 4 Brake Fluid

DOT 4 is an upgraded synthetic brake fluid with significantly improved resistance to moisture absorption and high-temperature stability. It has a dry boiling point of ≥230°C and a wet boiling point of ≥155°C, helping reduce the risk of vapor lock while providing stronger thermal and chemical stability.

It is suitable for mid- to high-end passenger vehicles, turbocharged vehicles, vehicles frequently driven on mountain roads, and vehicles subject to aggressive driving or frequent braking. It is also suitable for vehicles equipped with ABS and ESP systems, offering both low-temperature responsiveness and high-temperature braking safety.

DOT 5.1 Brake Fluid

DOT 5.1 is a premium fully synthetic brake fluid featuring low viscosity, an ultra-high boiling point, and excellent resistance to both high and low temperatures. It provides excellent low-temperature fluidity and strong resistance to vapor lock at high temperatures.

It is mainly suitable for high-performance sports cars, racing vehicles, large heavy-duty engineering machinery, and special-purpose vehicles. It is designed for frequent and high-intensity braking under demanding operating conditions, helping maintain sensitive, stable, and consistent braking performance even under extreme conditions.

We provide OEM manufacturing services, and the main raw materials used in our products are sourced from Shell.

Brake fluid is a specialized hydraulic transmission medium used in the braking systems of automobiles and engineering machinery. Genuine fully synthetic brake fluid is non-corrosive and has extremely low compressibility, while offering excellent hydraulic transmission performance, high- and low-temperature stability, lubrication, rust protection, and oxidation resistance.

It is suitable for various hydraulic braking and clutch transmission systems and can reliably transmit braking pressure under complex operating conditions. It helps prevent vapor lock, pipeline corrosion, and component wear, making it a key medium for ensuring braking safety.

Brake fluid is widely used in passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, engineering machinery, and other transportation and industrial applications.
